Yoga too, can cultivate a sense of wonderment while navigating through the trials and tribulations of life. And via meditation, we can learn to sieve through the ‘gunk’ of overthinking things.

Yoga Classes & Energy Healing

At Nature Meditations, we offer classes that go beyond the pose, and we strive to offer you the tools to get the most out of yoga for your individual needs.

Beginners often remark on how they feel intimidated by how yoga is often painted on social media. Images of flawless bodies striking perfect poses often serve to push people away, rather than inspire them to get involved, but yoga isn’t about making people feel left out – it’s about a philosophy of wellbeing.

Our main yoga teacher, the Gentle Yoga Warrior, has been teaching for over 15 years. She prefers a more inclusive approach to teaching, and she has a wealth of experience in teaching both public classes, and bespoke classes for private clients who, for a variety of reasons, prefer to practice in a one-on-one setting.

Asana (the poses) are only one of the eight ‘limbs’ of yoga. How we breathe, think, eat, sleep etc. all have a profound effect on our being. Fun, informative, energising, calming, relaxing, inclusive, and varied – all of these are accurate descriptors for what one can expect from a class with us.

The investment for most online group classes tends to be around £10, with the investment for private classes running at a necessarily higher rate.  Due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, all of our classes – both public and private – are currently being taught online.

8.00pm – 9.00pm: Flow Tuesday Night Yoga (Online/£9)

We came up with this class to help students start their week feeling great. Conscious yoga flow that gradually winds down to make it easier for you to sleep. Perfect to prepare for the week ahead!

This class is best for those who have done at least five yoga classes in the past. It is not advanced so suitable for most. Please read all of this before signing up.

8.00pm – 9.00pm: Flow & Soothe Thursday Night Yoga (Online/£9)

We came up with this class to help students get the invigorating benefit of a flow but also the relaxing qualites of restorative yoga. So a half and half class. Perfect to prepare you for the weekend!.  Yoga Mat needed. Optional yoga blocks, strap and cushions if you have them.

This class is best for those who have done at least five yoga classes in the past. It is not advanced so suitable for most.

Spring 2021 Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Intro from our Founder

I began studying energy healing back in 2012, to help me to let go of some painful events. Because energy work has had, and continues to have, such a profound effect on my life, I’ve decided to offer my energy healing skills to others on a one-to-one basis.

I’ve been in-tune with healing energies for many years, and my ultimate aim is to help others to learn how to experience life with a brighter outlook. My motto is: “Let’s do this; let’s reconnect with joy once again.”.

Using angelic rays, nature rays, and also by going straight to the energetic source, I use healing energy to help you penetrate your blocks and ease your discomfort. With a gentle but powerful approach, often asking your higher self to be present.

Examples of some of the reasons people choose energy healing
Feeling stuck in life.

Anxiety.

Feeling overwhelmed.

An inability to relax.

Requiring help in clearing emotional illness.

Experiencing sleep problems.

Many other reasons, often unique to each person.

What can happen in a session?
Some people know what they want to work on, others don’t. It doesn’t matter either way. We talk briefly but then get the mind out of the way by relaxing.

I will ask you to lie down and have a blanket and cushion so you feel comfortable. Sometimes I talk and other times there is silence. If something comes up, I may share. The important thing is to relax, close your eyes and let the light in. At the end of the session, we share and discuss.

What do the sessions cost?

The Zoom sessions are approx 40 minutes long and cost £50.00. 24 Hour cancelation and payments are in advance of the session.
